Případ sekundární syfilitidy u 15letého chlapce

V České republice vzrůstá v posledních letech incidence syfilis. Případy onemocnění časnými formami jsou v dětském věku četnější než dříve. Na pozadí kazuistiky sekundární syfilitidy bychom rádi připomněli zajímavá historická fakta, klinický obraz druhého stadia onemocnění, diagnostická kritéria dle European Centre for Disease Prevention and Control (ECDC) a terapeutická guidelines dle Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC).

The incidence of syphilis is growing in the Czech Republic during last years. The early form cases in childhood are more frequent than they were before. We would like to remind some interesting historical data, clinical manifestations of the secondary form, diagnostic criteria according to the European Centre for Disease Prevention and Control (ECDC) and treatment guidelines according to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) on background of the case report of secondary syphilis.
